Orders
Each garment is handmade to order once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for the making and sending of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time.
Shipping
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
SIMO ships within UK. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. SIMO is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post or stolen once sent and/or delivered that are out of my control. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances.
Returns

As SIMO sells on a Made-To-Order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
Make sure to visit our sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do my very best to help. We do offer an alterations service at an extra cost if you need to have your garment adjusted.
